sunday supper eats.
tri-color pasta, rinsed garbanzo beans, trader joe’s eggplant caponata sauce, and goat cheese. i like a generous sauce:pasta ratio so i supplemented the caponata with some basic marinara. so good. now if only i owned a microwave to heat the leftovers…
