recent noteworthy baking ventures
- blueberry crumb bars, for labor day weekend
- whole wheat pumpkin walnut muffins, to freeze for easy breakfasts
- apple pie cupcakes*, for a best friend’s start-of-fall birthday
- banana chip chocolate chip cookies, for my grandma
- zucchini olive oil bread, for no reason other than i got a ton of zuccs at the farmer’s market
i should probably start cooking again soon.
*make vanilla cupcakes. use paring knife to remove small cone shaped innards of cupcakes. insert 2 tsp of apple pie filling (chopped granny smith apples sauteed for 5-10 mins in butter, brown sugar, & cinnamin) in each cupcake. ice with favorite vanilla buttercream. die.
